Digital Products

For paid digital products, refund requests are generally available for up to 30 days from purchase (or longer if required by local law). After delivery/access, additional limitations may apply unless the product is defective, not as described, or mandatory law requires otherwise.

Course Products

For paid courses linked to products, the default refund-request window is 14 days from purchase unless mandatory local law requires a longer period.

Individual courses may be marked as non-refundable. If a course is marked non-refundable at purchase time, that override applies unless mandatory local law provides otherwise.

Course refund requests are eligible only if no lesson in the purchased course has been marked as completed.

Free Digital Downloads

Free downloads are provided as-is without warranties or refund obligations.

External-Link Products

For products fulfilled by a third-party external platform/store, refund and cancellation terms are governed by that third party unless mandatory law states otherwise.

Physical Products

Where physical goods are offered, return/refund requests are generally available for up to 30 days from delivery unless local law requires a longer period.

Physical Return Eligibility

  • Item must be returned in original condition (unused, clean, and complete).
  • Proof of purchase (order number / receipt email) is required.
  • Original packaging is recommended and may be required where legally permitted.

Non-Returnable or Restricted Items

  • Personalized or custom-made items (unless defective or required by law).
  • Sealed hygiene/health items after opening, where local law permits exclusion.

Return Shipping Costs
